Just some terms and conditions, we have to inform you of. Nothing to worry about *

1. Exchanges / Returns policy:
Shooshoos provides for exchanges with the retailer only. We do not accept exchanges with a customer whom has purchased from a Shooshoos stockist. All exchanges are governed under the South African consumer protection act. It is the responsibility of the retailer to execute their relevant returns/exchange policies. If products are visibly defective at point of delivery or point of purchase Shooshoos will facilitate exchanges. Shooshoos will not exchange items with a stockist should the item have been worn, labels removed or in anyway soiled.

2. Seasonal changes and close-outs:
Shooshoos does not permit returns and/or exchanges at end of season. This applies, but not limited to end of season stock or unsold stock.

3. Trading Terms:
All purchases are 'payment-prior to shipping' for new customers. Shooshoos does offer extended payment trading terms however this is reviewed on a case for case basis. Upon completion of your order an invoice will be emailed to you. Upon receipt on confirmation of payment the order will be dispatched.

4. Order processing and dispatching
You will be informed via email upon receipt of your order. Processing times for orders are approximately 5-10 days including shipping. You will receive a 'dispatch-ready' email and upon payment confirmation your order will be released. All Shooshoos orders are road-freighted using a third party shipping company. Shipping costs are calculated based on a third party rate and can be viewed on your invoice.

5. Out-of-stock resolution procedure
In the event of an 'out-of-stock' situation occurring, our customer service team will contact you. We'll offer style changes and recommendations to complete your order and have it on it's way to you in no time. We'll do our best to ensure you're happy with any changes that may occur so you know what you'll be receiving at all times.

6. MOQ's (Minimum order quantities):
Shooshoos does not impose any MOQ's on any of your orders. You are free to order as you wish.

7. Shipping:
Shooshoos makes use of a third-party delivery company. Shipping costs are calculated according to an external pricing matrix. This shipping cost will then be stipulated on your invoice for your review prior to your order being dispatched.
